Welcome to SIUC Aviation Advisement
AVM and AF students: Registration for Summer and Fall 2008 terms began Monday, February 25th. Make an appointment with your advisor to schedule your classes. Links below will provide you with class information--please bring a tentative class schedule to your advisement appointment.
Prospective students:
If you would like to meet with a representative of Aviation Flight or Aviation Management to learn more about the program, please call Charlene at (618) 453-9300 to set up an appointment. If you would like to meet with a representative of Aviation Technologies (maintenance) please call the Aviation Technologies office at (618) 536-3371. If you are visiting SIUC for the first time and would like to take a tour of the campus as well as the aviation facilities, please call Campus Tours at (618) 453-7141, and they will arrange a time for you to visit the main campus and the airport. You can also find valuable information on SIU in general at our homepage: www.siuc.edu.
Current students: When scheduling an appointment with an advisor, please come prepared. If you want to register for classes or make a change to your schedule, bring the information for desired changes to the appointment. To view a list of core curriculum courses and their descriptions, go to http://www.siu.edu/~corecurr/crselist.html. If you would like to view class information for current and upcoming semesters, go to http://registrar.siu.edu/records/schedclass.htm and click on the top link. These two websites should give you all of the information you need to be prepared. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please call and cancel or reschedule. Appointments with an academic advisor can be made Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm by calling (618) 453-9300.
